Stand space price – SEK 2,140 per sqm (excl. VAT)
Effective November 1, 2026
To participate as a main exhibitor, one mandatory Starter Package per stand is required.
Vehicle space price – 1,030 SEK per sqm (excl. VAT)
Effective November 1, 2026
Starter package – SEK 7,500 (excl. VAT)

Your comprehensive service for planning and maximizing your participation—get a complete overview of everything you need to know before, during, and after the event. - Featured on the website
Your logo and company profile will be included in the exhibitor list, along with the product directory and stand activities. - Exhibitor cards for stand staff
At some venues, the number of free exhibitor cards is based on the size of the stand space; contact your sales representative for more information. - Vacuuming the stand before the first day of the event
- A license for the LeadSuccess app
LeadSuccess is a convenient scanning feature that makes it easy to collect and follow up on new contacts and meetings during the trade show. A single-user license is included at no extra cost; additional licenses can be purchased. - Utställarförsäkring 1600 kr tillkommer.

Co-exhibitor fee: 4,500 SEK (excl. VAT)
The co-exhibitor is promoted in the same way as the main exhibitor and receives the same services. Co-exhibitors can purchase advertising space, order invitation cards to send to customers, and access all exhibitor information.
Please note that the co-exhibitor must submit their own registration – not the main exhibitor.
