Base price for stand space – SEK 2,030/sqm (excl. VAT)
Valid from 1 December 2025.
To participate as a main exhibitor, one mandatory Starter Package per stand is required.
Vehicle display area – SEK 980/sqm (excl. VAT)
Valid from 1 December 2025.
Starter Package – SEK 7,000 (excl. VAT)
Includes:
- Registration fee
- Exhibition insurance (value 225 000 SEK)
- Company profile online
- LeadMate licence – gives you the ability to scan and collect visitor leads at your stand
- Environmental fee

Co-exhibitor fee: SEK 4,000 (excl. VAT)
The co-exhibitor is promoted in the same way as the main exhibitor and receives the same services. Co-exhibitors can purchase advertising space, order invitation cards to send to customers, and access all exhibitor information.
Please note that the co-exhibitor must submit their own registration – not the main exhibitor.
