The aim is to show that a lot of good work is being done in the industry and to highlight the people who are not always seen as frontrunners. The “Kollektivtrafik p\u00e5 v\u00e4g” student essay competition is a biennial competition that has been running since 2011. The aim is to contribute to the development of the industry by contributing new issues and new knowledge. The Swedish Bus and Coach Federation, the Swedish Public Transport Association and K2, the National Knowledge Center for Collective mobility, are behind the essay competition. <\/p>\n

Stations, or stops, play a central role for travelers. The organization Resen\u00e4rerna is running a project aimed at improving stations. They have analyzed almost 400 stations and stops, by reviewing 70 different checkpoints. <\/p>\n
Based on the data, some of the best stations in Sweden are identified and rewarded, with the aim of selecting the country’s best station every year. The “Best Station of the Year” 2026 is selected under Persontrafik. <\/p>\n
Resen\u00e4rerna is a nationwide organization in Sweden that represents the interests of public transport users and is a member organization of Swedish Consumers. It operates independently and is non-partisan. <\/p>\n
